Understanding the Problem
Ayming Portugal needed to redefine its internal and external presentation documents to better reflect its expertise and authority.
The challenge was to create a flexible presentation system that could serve multiple teams and use cases, while remaining visually compelling, brand-consistent, and persuasive for a demanding audience: CFOs and senior decision-makers.
The goal was clear: drive trust, clarity, and lead conversion through design.

Finding the Insight
We identified presentations as a critical touchpoint in Ayming’s sales and communication funnel. Rather than designing isolated slides, we approached the project as a scalable visual communication system.
We translated Ayming’s brand values and logo elements into a fluid, intuitive visual language, balancing structure with flexibility to support storytelling, data, and engagement across teams.
